Killer iPad App?
You’ve probably heard of it already but have you tried Flipboard yet?
Woah!

Flipboard is a new type of content aggregator that allows you to access web content via a stunning interface. It basically allows you to create your own personalised eMagazine on the iPad.
As well as some pre-defined sections that your can swap in and out, Flipboard also allows you to add in you Twitter and Facebook feeds as well, even your Twitter lists. The clever part is that Flipbook will identify any links in Tweets and Facebook messages and go and pull back some of the content. So rather than see a link to an image or an article, Flipboard will display the image or a partial extract of the article. If you select the article extract, it will pre-load the full article in the background so if you decide to read it, it will load virtually instantly.
Due to it’s success at launch, you may not be able to add in your Twitter feed or Facebook account as they are now having to stage the take on of these services for new users. But if you haven’t tried Flipbook yet, I can’t recommend it enough.
The first version of the app has some issues and limitations (I would like more than 9 sections for example), and there are mutterings on the web about how the content is being aggregated (it’s not using standard RSS feeds) but it’s still a stunning app.
Go get it!
