As I mentioned last week, it’s now been announced that the iPad is available on contract with Orange.
You can now get an iPad for £199 with a 2 year data plan for £25 per month (£27 for new customers)
Not cheap, especially as it is just for data!
In all honesty, you’d be better off buying a 3G iPad outright and getting a cheap monthly data plan from 3 (you can get 1GB per month for £7.50 - link
Not only that, you can then get a new iPad v2 when it’s announced next year, and then sell your 1st gen iPad.
